Welcome to the OnBoard Tours Convention & Event Planners Program
OnBoard Tours is committed to the convention and event planner community. We have worked with conventions and event planners since 2004 to create better experiences for visitors to the cities we serve. We provide high-end sightseeing tours that are the highest rated in each market we serve. This comes from our commitment to exceeding the customer’s expectations with tours that help guests truly experience the cities we operate in. We have created a Convention & Event Planner Program to assist our convention partners in serving their clients and in generating revenues.
The program involves two components:
- assistance in planning trips for your customers in the cities in which we operate
- commission opportunities for all of our tour products – public and private
- access to our training materials and social media expertise
All OnBoard products are commissionable to convention planners or organizations. We will set up a discount code for your attendees. They can book our tours online, by telephone, or on the ground at the tour loading. Their code will give your attendees a small discount, and it will identify them as your client, so that we can pay your commission on those who purchase tours. All you have to do is make sure your attendees know their code, so that they can get the discount. We can help you do that by drafting content for emails or by providing flyers to be distributed at your show. We can also provide you graphical buttons or other content for your website.
