Hurricane Irene’s Impact on New York City
All tours are canceled on Sunday, August 28, 2011.
On Monday, August 29, 2011, the following tour times are canceled:
- the 8:30am NY See It All! Tour
- the 9:00am NY See The Best! Tour
- 9:00am NYC Freedom Tour
The 10:00am, 12:30pm, and 2pm NY See It All! Tours and the
10:30am and 12pm NYC Freedom Tours WILL be operating on schedule.
We will resume normal service Tuesday morning, August 30, 2011.
Customers who have booked tours should show up at the loading location at least 30 minutes before their tour to allow for traffic and weather related issues. If you would prefer to reschedule your tour to a day when the weather is likely to be better, you have the right to do so as long as you provide us at least two hours’ notice before your tour time.
You may watch this website for reports of whether your tour is canceled.
